Who is Victor Rancour?

On episode 13 of the Change Your Filter podcast we are joined by Victor Rancour! Victor Rancour is the owner of Absolute Airflow Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning in Westminister, CA. He got his start in construction, doing the work that no one else wanted to do. His colleague got a job offer from Service Champion offering $60k a year and Victor knew he had to check it out for himself. After convincing Service Champion to bring him on as a technician, he hustled and worked his way up the ladder.

After Service Champion started to change their payment model, Victor was recruited by Ken Starr of Home Comfort USA where he was offered a great salary and signing bonus. After some issues where Home Comfort was not paying his younger brother properly, Victor decided to go off on his own, and Absolute was born in 2018!
