Who is Kip Morris?

Kip Morris is CEO of Five Star Home Services. Five Star Home Services is Ohio’s fastest-growing home services company, offering heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical work. Five Star is also a second-chance employer, which we dive into throughout this episode. 

In addition to Five Star, Kip is also the Co-Founder of the Emerge Recovery & Trade Initiative. The Emerge Recovery & Trade Initiative is dedicated to providing individuals in recovery programs the necessary life and work skills to establish new career paths and thrive in today’s job market.
