Who is Benjamin Hubbert?

Ben Hubbert is the Founder of Leadhub, and formally the founder of Champion AC. He was born and raised in Gulfport, Mississippi, and joined the Air Force in ‘97 to be a Combat Controller. You can now find Ben happily married with a beautiful family in San Antonio, Texas. He has learned a lot on his journey to the top.  You will hear all about it on this episode of the Change Your Filter podcast!

Ben got out of the military and started Champion AC in early 2007. He was very forward-thinking for this era and started studying web development and SEO. Ben did this knowing that he would not be able to grow his company by marketing in the phonebook or on TV, and decided to utilize these other tools. He found quick success in his digital marketing efforts, thus leading him to create a digital marketing company (Leadhub) in 2010. Due to all of his success at Champion AC through his determination and “Never Give Up” attitude, Ben was able to grow his company and exit on the last day of 2020 for $27 million dollars.

What to Expect

In this episode, you can expect to learn what it is like to go through the process of selling and exiting a company you built from the ground. You will learn the struggles that come along with this experience, both personally and professionally.

You will hear Ben talk about the importance of leveraging technology in the trades to become more efficient and improve different aspects of your company. If you are a business owner, you won’t want to miss this episode as you will also learn how Ben was able to grow his company from his garage to a multi-million dollar exit deal.

Being a Force Multiplier
