How long does it take to add a store to my site?

Depending on your website, adding your store can take as little as 15 minutes. One of our product specialists will help you implement your store from start to finish!

Is my store customized to my company's brand?

Yes! Everything Contractor Commerce offers is customized to your brand and your company. All confirmation emails, packing slips, purchase receipts, packing slips, and even your customers’ credit card statements show your company’s brand. Can I set my own pricing?

We deposit this in your checking account and provide you with the reporting you need to account for sales and taxes. For sales of physical products like air filters, since you are the retailer, the law states that you are required to collect and remit sales tax according to the laws of your state. Do I have to show the full cash price for a new HVAC system?

The platform is very flexible, so when your customers go through a buying Journey and reach the good/better/best results page, you can show a cash price, a monthly financed price, both, or neither. Am I limited to selling in just my service area?

Depending on the plan you select, you are not limited to just your service area. The Contractor Commerce platform allows you to sell to customers located anywhere within the contiguous United States.
