Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Contractor Commerce in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Ohio.
